Throne Bamboo Cancellation, Replacement, and Refund Policy
At Throne Bamboo, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. Our policies for cancellations, replacements, and refunds are outlined below and apply exclusively to orders placed through our official website.
Order Cancellations
By the Customer:
Subscription Orders: Skips, delays and cancellations of subscription must be completed 3 business days before processing for the next shipment. Once the order has been charged and processed, cancellations are no longer possible. We send a renewal reminder email 5 days prior to your charge date, allowing you time to confirm the order and verify the shipping address. Any changes made after the charge date will only affect future orders.
One-Time Purchases: If you wish to cancel a one-time purchase, please contact our support team immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we will accommodate your cancellation request.
By Throne Bamboo:
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or other issues. In such cases, we will promptly notify you and process a full refund.
Replacements and Refunds
Due to the hygiene nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of our products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
First-Time Orders: Refunds are eligible on each product type once. If your initial order includes multiple boxes of the same product, we will refund one box.
Large/Bulk Orders: Refunds are not issued for large or bulk orders.
Orders Past Refund Date: Refunds are not issued for requests made more than 30 days after the order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
We recommend donating any unused products to a local shelter or someone in need.
